Anti-Displacement Tax Relief Fund
This affordable housing initiative will provide tax relief to eligible senior homeowners with greater risk of displacement due to rising property taxes.
The 亚特兰大市 and Invest Atlanta haved launched an anti-displacement program for legacy residents with $10 million of funding from the Centennial Yards Housing Trust Fund. For qualified applicants, the program will pay an increase in taxes above the homeowner’s base taxes, for a period of 20 years, if they continue to qualify for the program.

Please make sure you can provide the following documents:
